John has been Chairman of St Francis Rangers FC for the past 5 seasons. The clubs success and progression has very much mirrored John's reign as Chairman.
John is a fantastic club man that has been with Rangers since the merger in 2002. John was also on the committee of St Francis for numerous years as well as playing an active part in Uckfield Town FC some years ago.
John can also lend his hand to running the line as he was once a qualified Referee.
John's intention was to stand down at the end of the 2008-2009 season but had a change of heart when Mike Ward stepped in to offer his services as Joint Chairman. John is all football where as Mike has a very strong business back ground which should be an ideal set-up for Rangers.
