Brannon is currently enjoying his third spell at the club. O'Neill first joined Rangers as a young 18 year old fresh from Crawley Town under the Management of Roy Staughton.
O'Neill also featured for Rangers under previous Manager Kieran Collins but left towards the end of the 2011/12 season to play park football.
Brannon is a talented left sided defender/midfielder and re joined the club when Geoff Pitcher was appointed Manager and has repaid Pitcher with some outstanding performances in probably his best spell of football since departing Crawley Town.
O'Neill offers probably the best delivery into the box in the league from wide areas with his wand of a left foot.
Brannon's previous clubs include, Crawley Town, Ringmer, East Grinstead, Crawley Down & St Francis (twice).
